Add gingergarlic paste, chillies and stir for 30 seconds.
Add the tofu and fry till golden brown.
Skip this step if the tofu is fried already
6)Add the green and red bell peppers and stir well.
Lower the flame, add spring onions, salt and soy sauce and aji no moto.
:- Transfer to a plate and serve!!!
Garnish with spring onions.
Note:- You may use garlicsalt or sea salt with herbs (available at international stores)
