Instructions
  1. For preparing tomatillo chemmeen curry, first dry roast dried prawns and cook it with water, enough salt, green chilly and turmeric powder.
  2. When it is cooked, add chopped tomatillo and cook in low flame until done.
  3. Meanwhile, grind coconut with chilly powder and coriander powder. Add this to the cooked tomatillo and heat the curry. Do not boil.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard seeds, add dry red chillies and shallots. Saute well and then pour this to the curry. Serve hot.
