Instructions
  1. chop the onion, tomato, brinjal and red chili
  2. in a pressure cooker add oil and temper the cumin seeds
  3. now add red chili
  4. add onion and saute it for 3 minutes
  5. add tomato and mix well and saute it
  6. add brinjal and mix well for 2 minutes
  7. add salt and turmeric powder and mix well
  8. add 1 glass of water and mix well. close the lid and allow for 3 whistle
  9. once the whistle steam comes down take and mix with the beater
  10. in a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and curry leaves
  11. add the tempered oil into the tomato bajji curry
  12. now tomato bajji curry is ready to serve. serve with idli or dosa
