Instructions
  1. Bring the vegetable stock to boil.
  2. To this add salt and lemon juice.
  3. Now add the sliced mushroom and simmer for few minutes.
  4. To this, add the other leafy vegetables, baby corn and tomato.
  5. Add the seasoning and garnish with spring onions.
  6. Serve hot.ß
