Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos. Tomato(Medium – Less sour) Chopped
  • 4 nos. Dry Red Chillies
  • 1 no. Onion(Medium) Chopped
  • 1 Handful Coriander leaves Chopped
  • 1 Sprig Curry leaves

Instructions
 

  • Take all the required ingredients in a plate.
    Thakkali Chutney
  • First chop the vegetables.

  • Heat 2 tsp coconut oil in a pan.
  • Add 4 dry red chillies and chopped onion. Saute in medium flame.
  • When the onion start turning golden brown, add chopped tomato and curry leaves. Saute for few minutes.

  • When the tomato turns mushy, add required salt and coriander leaves. Stir well.

  • When tomato is smashed well, turn off the flame.

  • Transfer the contents to a mixie and grind well without adding water.
