Instructions
  1. Chop the onions and tomatoes.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp of sesame oil in a pan.
  3. Saute red chillies and onions.
  4. When the onions become tender, add the tomatoes.
  5. Add salt and cook, until the tomatoes are done.
  6. Turn off the flame and immediately add coriander leaves and mix well.
  7. Allow it to cool.
  8. Grind it into a paste.
  9. Heat a tbsp of oil in a pan.
  10. Splutter mustard seeds.
  11. Add black gram and curry leaves and saute them.
  12. Add the above seasoning into the chutney.
  13. :- Serve with dosa.
