  • Rinse ripe tomatoes under running water and cut into two pieces. Then heat oil in a pan and place tomato pieces like shown in the picture.
  • Add sliced garlic cloves.
  • Then cover the top and cook in low to medium flame for 7-10 minutes.
  • Turn off the flame and remove the skin of tomatoes.
  • Smash it with a smasher.
  • Now add chopped onion, green chilly and curry leaves.
  • Then add chilly powder, salt and sugar. Mix well with a spoon.
  • Finally add lemon juice and combine well.
  • Serve along with any Indian meal.
