Instructions
  1. Boil the eggs and remove their shells.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions and curry leaves.
  3. Saute until onion turns golden brown.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, salt and cook till the tomatoes are done.
  5. Add chilly powder and garam masala.
  6. Saute them for few minutes and check for salt.
  7. Cut the boiled eggs into small pieces and add to the above curry.
  8. Mix the eggs well till the masala gets coated to the eggs.
  9. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve.
