  • King Fish - 500 gm
  • Allpurpose flour(Maida) - 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Tomatos(chopped) - 1 cup
  • Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
  • Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
  • Onion(chopped) - 1 cup
  • Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
  • Butter - 1 tbsp
  • Oil for frying -

Instructions
  1. Coat fish pieces with vinegar, salt and maida. Keep aside for 15 min.
  2. Shallow fry the pieces in oil till light brown.
  3. Heat butter in a pan.
  4. Add onion and when they turn soft, add chilly powder and chopped tomatoes. Fry till the oil separates.
  5. Add ketchup, salt & pepper powder. Stir well.
  6. Pour enough water and allow to boil.
  7. Add fried fish pieces. Cover the pan and cook till gravy is thick.
  8. :- Serve with chappathis, roti and rice.
