Tomato Fried Calamari

For preparing tomato fried calamari, mix turmeric and salt in squid pieces.

Heat butter in pan, add onion, garlic, green chillies and curry leaves.

Saute for while. Add calamari in to it.

Add tomato paste and fry well. Just sprinkle some water and cook it.

Add pepper at last and serve hot. Tomato fried calamari is ready.
