Instructions
  1. For preparing Tomato Fry, first heat oil in a pan.
  2. Splutter mustard and curry leaves.
  3. When the raw smell goes, put the tomato pieces into it and saute well.
  4. Add tomato sauce, garam masala and chilly powder.
  5. Add little water and cover with a lid.
  6. Simmer in low heat.
  7. After 5 minutes, tomato fry is ready.
  8. :- Serve hot with chappathi, paratha, bread etc.
