Tomato Kojju
Simple, fast and tasty
Ingredients
- 2 nos Tomato sliced, big
- 1/2 of Onion sliced
- 3 - Curry leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Turmeric powder A pinch
- Salt As reqd
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- 2 tsp Oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- splutter mustard seeds.
- Saute curry leaves and onions.
- Add chilly powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
- Add tomato.
- Cook it up and finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
