Tomato Kuruma Tomato Kurma 4 - Tomato (medium)1 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder2 - Coriander powder1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1/4 tsp Garam masala powderGinger (garlic paste - 1 spoon)3 tbsp Curd2 nos Onion2 tbsp OilSalt (As reqd)2 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)Fry and then grind the following:-2 tbsp Grated coconut1 tsp Poppy seeds (Khashakhasha)1 tsp Sesame seeds (Ellu)2 nos Cashew nuts2 nos Almonds (Badam)2 tbsp Ground nuts In a pan, without adding oil, fry each of the ingredients (for making the paste) separately.Grind it to a fine paste.Cut each tomatoes into 4 big pieces. Cut the onions lengthwise.Heat oil in a pan.Fry the onions till light brown.Add the tomatoes and fry for a while.Add the dry masala powders and the ground paste. Cook on low flame.When the tomatoes gets cooked and when the oil separates, add curd.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.:- This kurma is more suitable for roti, chappathi and even for fried rice. u have not told what to wet grind? dry grind is ok. but curry is nice.
