Add strained lemon juice to the above cooked curry.
Switch off heat and add the dissolved coconutmilk to the pan. Mix well. Add 1/2 teacup hot water to the pan. Mix well and add more water if required.
4)In a small seasoning pan, heat oil and break mustard seeds. Add 2 dry red chillies, 1 shallot and curry leaves.
Add the above seasoning to the curry pot. Mix well.
Keep the curry pot on stove once again. In very low flame heat the curry for a minute till warm. Do not boil.
