Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and stir for few seconds.
  3. Add chopped onion and saute till it turns translucent.
  4. Add chopped tomato and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add tomato ketchup and mix well.
  6. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and pav bhaji masala.
  7. Add paneer cubes and capsicum and mix well again.
  8. :- We can add fresh boiled green peas also.
  9. Add some water and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes.
  10. Once the gravy becomes thick, add boiled rice and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  11. Transfer the contents to a serving bowl and serve hot.
