capsicum

Onion
Ginger
garlic
paste - 1 tsp

Green chillies

Chilli powder

Turmeric powder

tsp
Tomato
ketchup
3
tsp
Pav bhaji masala
1

Capsicum

Paneer cubes
1
tbsp
Oil
Salt
As reqd
Coriander leaves(for garnishing)
½

Water
Instructions
Heat
oil
in a pan.
Add
ginger
-
garlic
paste and stir for few seconds.
Add chopped
onion
and saute till it turns translucent.
Add chopped
tomato
and cook for 1 minute.
Add
tomato
ketchup and mix well.
Add
chilli powder
,
turmeric powder
,
salt
and pav bhaji masala.
Add paneer cubes and
capsicum
and mix well again.
:- We can add fresh boiled
green peas
also.
Add some
water
and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes.
Once the gravy becomes thick, add boiled rice and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Transfer the contents to a serving bowl and serve hot.
