1 no Tomato (cut into pieces, medium)1 no Capsicum (cut into pieces)4 nos Green chillies1 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)3 nos Garlic pods (optional)1 tsp Mustard seeds1 tbsp Oil1 tsp Black gram (Uzhunnuparippu)Curry leaves (A few)Tamarind (A gooseberry size quantity, Puli)Salt (As reqd) Heat oil in the pan.Add the tomatoes & fry for 4 mins. Add capsicum, green chillies, tamarind and garlic and fry for another 5 mins until everything is cooked.Add salt to taste.Cool down completely.Grind in the mixie to a coarse consistency.Tranfer to a vessel.Prepare a seasoning with oil, mustard seeds, black gram, cumin seeds and curry Leaves. Pour this seasoning on the top of the ground mixture in the vessel. :- Serve with idlis & dosas. Andhra
