  • Cook rice separately and spread it on a large plate to cool for 5 minutes.
  • Cut tomatoes and onions into small pieces.
  • Pour oil in a fry pan and add cloves and cashews. When they get roasted, add cut onions and tomatoes.
  • Add salt, red chilli powder, a pinch of ground cinnamon and fry well.
  • To this, add 3 cups of cooked rice and a pinch of garam masala powder.
  • Mix well and serve hot.
