Instructions
  1. Grind together tomatoes and ginger.
  2. Add turmeric powder to the tomato mixture.
  3. In another vessel cook the plain rice and turn off the burner before the rice is fully cooked.
  4. Take a wide bottomed pan and pour oil. Heat the oil and pour the tomato mixture. Add the cloves. Saute for sometime.
  5. Stir in the cooked rice slowly and mix gently.
  6. Tomato rice made simple is ready and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
