Ingredients

Beef
: ½ k gm
Tapioca
(kappa) : 1 cup
Onion
: 3 nos
Mustard : 1 tsp
Garlic
: 8
cloves
Ginger
: 2 inch piece
Curry leaves
: 1 spring
Green chilly : 1 or 2 nos
Cumin seeds
: 1 tsp
Chilly powder : 2 tsp
Turmeric powder
: 1 tsp
Garam masala
: 1 tsp
Coriander powder
: 1 tsp
Salt
: to taste
Oil
: as needed
Instructions
Cook kappa using
salt
and
turmeric powder
.
Cook
beef
using
salt
and
turmeric powder
.
When it gets cooked, heat a pan add
oil
and when its hot add mustard to it and when it splutters add
curry leaves
.
Saute it well and then add
onion
to it and stir well.
Then add
ginger
,
garlic
, green chilly and
cumin seeds
to it.
Saute it well until it gets brown.
Then add the cooked
beef
to it .
Stir well and add the chilly powder ,
coriander powder
and
garam masala
to it.
Stir well.
Then add little
water
to it and close pan for 3 minutes.
Then add the cooked kappa to it .
Enter Step
Stir well.
Mix it well and cook for 5 more minutes then serve hot, its really tasty.
