  • Beef : ½ k gm -
  • Tapioca (kappa) : 1 cup -
  • Onion : 3 nos -
  • Mustard : 1 tsp -
  • Garlic : 8 cloves -
  • Ginger : 2 inch piece -
  • Curry leaves : 1 spring -
  • Green chilly : 1 or 2 nos -
  • Cumin seeds : 1 tsp -
  • Chilly powder : 2 tsp -
  • Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
  • Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
  • Coriander powder : 1 tsp -
  • Salt to taste -
  • Oil as needed -

Instructions
  1. Cook kappa using salt and turmeric powder.
  2. Cook beef using salt and turmeric powder.
  3. When it gets cooked, heat a pan add oil and when its hot add mustard to it and when it splutters add curry leaves .
  4. Saute it well and then add onion to it and stir well.
  5. Then add ginger, garlic, green chilly and cumin seeds to it.
  6. Saute it well until it gets brown.
  7. Then add the cooked beef to it .
  8. Stir well and add the chilly powder ,coriander powder and garam masala to it.
  9. Stir well.
  10. Then add little water to it and close pan for 3 minutes.
  11. Then add the cooked kappa to it .

  13. Stir well.
  14. Mix it well and cook for 5 more minutes then serve hot, its really tasty.
