  • Cut mango into small pieces.
  • Take a utensil & pour some water. Add chopped mangoes,chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt & chilli. Boil the mixture.
  • When that mixture is half boiled add grinded mixture to it. When it is boiled add yogurt.
  • Take a pan. Pour some oil. Add mustard,uluva and vattal mulak, chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix and heat them.
  • Add this to the utensil, heat all the mixture for a while.
  • Mampazha pulisseri is ready.
