Instructions
  1. Chop small onions, broccoli, cauliflower and tomato.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add small onions and saute for 1 min.
  4. Add ginger and garlic paste and chopped green chillies and saute for another minute.
  5. Add cauliflower, broccoli, 1 cup of water and salt and cook for 5 mins on a medium flame.
  6. Add tomato to this.
  7. Lightly beat eggs.
  8. When all the vegetables are cooked well, add beaten eggs to it and scramble well.
  9. Cook on a low flame.
  10. :- Serve hot with bread, rice, or chappathis.
