  • Bread slices - 10 nos
  • Orange juice - 100 ml
  • Milk - 500 ml
  • Custard - 3 tsp
  • Sugar(powdered) - 75 gm
  • Mixed Fruits - 350 gm

  • Bread slices - 10 nos
  • Orange juice - 100 ml
  • Milk - 500 ml
  • Custard - 3 tsp
  • Sugar(powdered) - 75 gm
  • Mixed Fruits - 350 gm

Instructions
  1. Dissolve custard in 2 tsp of milk.
  2. Boil the remaining milk.
  3. Add sugar and stir.
  4. Pour the custard to the boiling milk and stir, till it thickens.
  5. Chop fruits like Apples, pineapples, mangoes, grapes, kiwis, chikoos, strawberries etc.
  6. Pour one fourth of the custard in a bowl.
  7. Top it with bread slices(brown part removed).
  8. Pour orange juice and soak the bread.
  9. Top it again with the remaining custard.
  10. Add the chopped fruits.
  11. :- Serve chilled.
