Instructions

  • Blend together pieces of mangoes, pineapple and banana and sugar and pulse in a mixer jar or juicer for 1 min.
  • Add half of milk and pulse for 2 mins.
  • Add the remaining milk and vanilla essence and pulse till smooth.
  • Pour in tall glasses and put a scoop of ice-cream in each glass and top with whipped cream.
  • :- Substitute with any seasonal fruit but keep in mind to keep the balance of sweetness and sourness. :- Always use atleast one sweet fruit with two sour fruits. Too much sourness may ruin the shake with its acidity.

If you donot cook pineapple before ,it will become very bitter when you add milk to it.So please try to add that process in the recipe or try to add canned pineapple.

Dear Juby, Thanx for the kind feedback. I normally just blanch the fruit or just use overripe ones- as they are. Cooking may just reduce the nutritive values.
