Try This Easy Konj Masala

Ingredients
1x

Konj (big
prawns
) : 10 nos
Salt
: 2 tsp
Chicken Chilly Masala : 4 tsp
Soya Sauce : 4 tsp
Tomato
: 3 nos
Onion
: 2 nos
Instructions
Marinate the
prawns
with 1 tsp of
salt
, 2 tsp chicken chilly masala and 2 tsp soya sauce.
Keep it for 30 minutes.
In a grinder, take 2 tomatoes and paste them. Cut the other
tomato
into small pieces. Also, chop the onions into small size.
Enter Step
Insert tooth picks inside the
prawns
, in order to maintain its shape.
Deep fry the
prawns
for 3-4 minutes.
Enter Step
In a pan, heat
oil
and add the chopped onions.
When they becomes light brown, add the
tomato
pieces.
Add 2 tsp soya sauce together with
tomato
paste and add
Salt
.
Cook in low flame until it becomes thick.
Add fried
prawns
to this. Add 2 tsp chicken chilly masala and mix well.
Cook for a minute and serve hot.
