Instructions
  1. First wash and peel the mangoes.Cut into large pieces .
  2. Heat water in a vessel and add cut mangoes,turmeric powder and salt.Let it cook for 5 minutes in a stove.
  3. In the mean time blend grated coconut,cuminseeds,mustard, curry leaf and curd in a mixer.
  4. Add this to the cooked mangoes.
  5. Then mix all together and boil for 2 minutes,now mambhazha koottan is ready to serve with steamed white rice.
