Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Tuna 200 gm, packed
  • 1/4 cup Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic crushed
  • Salt As reqd
  • Black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Place tuna, coriander leaves, parsley, onion, salt, garlic and black pepper in a food processor bowl and process until the mixture blends together.
  • Take the mixture and separate into equal portions and shape into thin rolls like sausages about 5cm. long.
  • Cover them with flour, dip into the beaten egg and roll them in bread crumbs.
  • Freeze them for 10 minutes.
  • Deep fry till golden in hot oil.
  • :- Serve with hot sauce or ketchup.
