Tuna Roast Tuna Roast 1 kg Tuna fish (cut into thick pieces of medium size)1 - Tomato1 - Onion3 - Green chillies1 - Chilly powder2 tsp Coriander powder1 tsp Turmeric powder3 tsp Tamarind pulp (Puli)3 nos Garlic pods (crushed)2 tsp Ginger (cut into small pieces)Salt (As reqd)Curry leaves (As reqd) Mix together a little chilly powder, a little of turmeric powder and salt and apply it to the fish.Fry it lightly and keep aside.Grind together tomatoes, onions, chilly powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder in a mixer grinder.Heat oil in a pan.:- Use the oil used to fry the tuna. It`ll enhance the taste.Add garlic, ginger and curry leaves.Add the ground paste.Add green chillies, tamarind pulp and salt.Add a cup of water too.When it comes to a boil, add the fried tuna fish pieces.Allow it to boil for 4-5 minutes.:- Adjust the level of salt and sourness.Cook on a low flame for 15 minutes.:- Serve with rice along with moru kaachiyathu or even with chappathis, puttu, vellayappam etc. Kerala
