Instructions
  1. Take dal in a bowl
  2. Soak dal in water for 5 minutes
  3. Drain off water from daal
  4. Clean tuna fish and add in pressure cooker
  5. Add turmeric powder, baking powder(this will helps to reduce smell of fish ) and salt to it
  6. Add water and cook it for two whistles.
  7. Then drain off the excess water
  8. Then take the flesh from fish and make it to fine pieces.
  9. Then take the dal in a blender and grind it
  10. When its slightly grinded add egg to it
  11. Grind it well.
  12. Then add this grinded mixture to the fish
  13. add onion,green chilly and ginger to it
  14. Add coriander leaves to it
  15. Then add the coriander powder and salt to it
  16. Mix it well
  17. Then make it flatten shape by keeping in between your hands.
  18. Take an egg in a bowl
  19. add milk to it
  20. Stir well
  21. dip the kebab to the milk mix
  22. Heat a pan and add oil to it ,when its hot place the kebab to it.
  23. Fry it well
  24. When the both sides becomes brown
  25. Transfer it to a casserole.
  26. Serve hot
  27. Wipe off excess oil.
