Instructions
  1. Mix rice flour with salt and water to make a dough
  2. Make a big ball of the rice dough,place it on a banana leaf.Now gently press it to make a round shape,the pathiri is 1 inch thick and 4 inch diameter.
  3. Place another banana leaf on top of the pathiri.
  4. Heat a mud pan and place it on along with the banana leaf.as the banana leaf starts to brown turn it over cook on the other side.do it frequently.
  5. When both sides are cooked place the pathiri directly on the pan let it become crisp on both sides.Hold the pathiri upright with 2 wooden spatulas turn it like a tyre to cook the sides.
  6. Serve it hot with kerala style Naadan Chicken curry.
