Instructions
  1. For preparing Uluva Kanji, first soak the Fenugreek seeds for 3 hours.
  2. Wash the rice.
  3. Add required water to the rice, mix the fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds.
  4. Add required salt.
  5. Bring the rice to boil and cook till the required porridge consistency.
  6. :- Serve Uluva Kanji hot.
