Instructions
  1. Take dried prawns in a plate.
  2. Take pachakka or green banana or kaaya and peel its hard skin.
  3. slice it to small pieces
  4. Heat a pan and add oil when its hot.
  5. Add dried prawns or unnakka chemmeen to it.
  6. Add pachakka ,green chilly and curry leaves to it.
  7. Add 1 cup of water to it.
  8. Add turmeric powder , red chilly flakes and salt.
  9. Mix it well and add black kokum to it. close the pan and keep in low flame.
  10. Mean while take coconut , shallot and garlic in a blender.
  11. Add 1 tablespoon of water and grind it well .
  12. Then check our pachakka is cooked or not .
  13. when its cooked add the coconut mix to it
  14. Mix it well and when it boils,turn off the flame.
  15. Heat a small pan and add oil to it when its hot add mustard and when it splutters add shallot , dried red chilly, currry leaves.
  16. When its brown ,off the flame .
  17. And transfer to the pachakka.
  18. Mix it well.
  19. Our dish is ready to serve.
