Instructions
  1. Melt jaggery in a little water.
  2. Add rice flour, maida, semolina to the melted jaggery and mix it well.
  3. Grind banana and add it into the mixture and make a thick batter.
  4. Heat oil in a vessel and fry the coconut till brown color.
  5. Add fried coconut, cumin seeds and cardamom into the batter.
  6. Heat oil in appachatti.
  7. Spoon in the batter and fry both sides till it turns dark brown color.
