Instructions
  1. For preparing Uppuma Kozhikattai, first heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add water and salt.
  3. When it reaches boiling consistency, slowly add rice rava and simmer in a very low flame.
  4. Cover the pan and cook, stirring frequently.
  5. Allow it to cool and shape into oval sizes.
  6. Steam cook them for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Uppuma Kozhikattais are ready.
  8. *Rice Rava can be made by grinding the rice coarsely in the mixer.
