idli upma is a very simple and delicious dish made with leftover idlis.This is a very common breakfast dish in South India, which can be prepared in no time.it is so tasty that you can even serve it to guests.
When the colour of the mix turns into brown, add Salt and the Iddaly pieces and stir it for about 2 minutes. Then put off the stove and change the Uppuma to a Serving plate/vessel.
Uppuma made with Iddaly is ready. This Uppuma can serve as break-fast/evening snack or even in the night in place of cooked Rice/Chappathi etc.
