When the colour of the Blackgram dhal turns into golden, put the masala coated raw banana pieces into the frying pan and also add the Bengalgram powder
Stir the mix well for about 2-3 minutes and cover the frying pan with a plate and allow to cook the mix well
VaazhakkaiVaruval (Raw banana fry) is ready and it can be served with Poori/Chappathi/cooked rice etc.
