Instructions
  1. Peel the raw banana and wash it in normal water
  2. Cut the raw bananas in round shape
  3. Cut the peeled and washed raw bananas in round shape
  4. Add Turmeric Powder into the raw banana pieces
  5. Also add the Sambar powder, Red Chilli Powder and salt and mix it well
  6. Heat Oil in a frying pan
  7. Add Mustard seeds and allow to burst them
  8. Add Blackgram dhal
  9. When the colour of the Blackgram dhal turns into golden, put the masala coated raw banana pieces into the frying pan and also add the Bengalgram powder
  10. Stir the mix well for about 2-3 minutes and cover the frying pan with a plate and allow to cook the mix well
  11. VaazhakkaiVaruval (Raw banana fry) is ready and it can be served with Poori/Chappathi/cooked rice etc.
