whenever we do vada we also make vada curry in our home. it makes good go for dosa , idly and chappatti.

Instructions
  1. Soak channa dal for 2 hours and drain water
  2. Grind item which given in the table
  3. Add Channa dal coarsely in blender.
  4. Add salt and mix well and change to other bowl
  5. Take small amount and shallow fry the vada in pan
  6. Take all ingredients ready
  7. In big pan add oil and season whole spices
  8. Allow all vada to cool and broke into small pieces
  9. Add onions green chili and curry leaves and ginger garlic
  10. Add tomato and all powder and mix well . cook up to raw smell goes
  11. Add that broken vada and mix well and add water and cook to thick gravy
  12. Vada curry is ready. serve with dosa or chapatti.
