Instructions
  1. For preparing vadugapuli naranga curry, heat pan and pour oil. Add lemon pieces and fry well. Drain and keep aside.
  2. In the same oil(add more oil if required), splutter mustard seeds and fry red chillies and curry leaves.
  3. Add ginger, green chillies, chilly powder and turmeric powder.
  4. Fry for a while(simmer flame).
  5. Add salt and jaggery.
  6. Add tamarind juice.
  7. Allow to boil and add lemon pieces.
  8. Vadugapuli naranga curry is ready.

Vadukappuli itself is very sour and no need to add tamarind.
