Instructions
  1. Grind all the ingredients for the masala with vinegar to a fine paste.
  2. Marinate the tiger prawns with lime juice, salt and the ground masala.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the marinated prawns till done, dry and well browned.
  4. :- Serve with onion salad.

Very good. One suggestion though wld beto fry the prawns no more than 3-4 mnts on one side as they get tough w overcooking.
