Instructions
  1. Soak varagu rice for 30 mins
  2. In pressure pan add oil/ ghee and temper whole garam masala
  3. Add onions and green chili sauté well
  4. Add crushed ginger garlic and mint , coriander leaves and saute well.
  5. Add all vegetables and cook for 5 mins in medium flame
  6. Add water 1:2 and make water to boil and put rice in pan
  7. Mix well and close lid and cook for 10 min and when two whistles comes turn off
  8. Now its ready to serve Varagu rice pulav
