Varutharacha Meen Curry is a very popular fish delicacy in Kerala Cuisine. Any fish as per your choice can be used in the preparation of this tasty dish but personally I prefer king fish or salmon. The aroma, flavour and richness of the coconutty gravy is too good to resist. The tangy flavored exotic gravy goes well with almost anything like pathiri, puttu as well as with white steamed rice. Meen chaaru with Puttu tastes awesome in Kerala, an enjoyable dish of the general public. Grated coconut is fried with naturally available spices and then ground to a fine paste. Fish pieces are cooked in a spicy coconut mixture with tangy tamarind pulp which makes Varutharacha Meen Curry simply irresistible. Spicy flavor of the dish can be adjusted as per preference. Some prefer it spicy and hot, while some prefer it mild especially for kids. Varutharacha Meen Curry requires very little time for the preparation. The thick, flavorful gravy of this dish is tempting.
Serve Fish Curry In Roasted Coconut Gravy with mashed Kappa and you can discover a match in heaven, every Malayalee’s favorite. We know that fish is an integral part of noon-day meals in Kerala Cuisine. But there are regions in Kerala like Kozhikode, where fish curries are savored during breakfast also. Pathiri with Fish Curry In Roasted Coconut Gravy makes a deadly combination. Well, I would like to admit I am a spice lover and Varutharacha Meen Curry is one of my favorite fish delicacies. Fish is nutritious, rich in protein and other vital nutrients required for body. Fish Curry In Roasted Coconut Gravy is an easy to prepare dish with readily available ingredients. Explore Varutharacha Meen Curry in well illustrated simple sentences. Enjoy the lip smacking dish with your family and loved ones
