Vathakuzhambu is an authentic, traditional South Indian delicacy prepared with the special powder prepared with spices. The flavor of vathakuzhambu is enhanced with the addition of this powder. Various dals, red chillies, coriander seeds, whole pepper, cumin seeds are used to prepare this powder. These spices are dried under the sunlight which helps to improve the flavor to this kuzhambu.
