Instructions
  1. soak the vazhaipoo / banana flower in curd for 1 hour and finely chop it
  2. in pan heat oil and temper the mustard, broken black gram, curry leaves and red chilli
  3. add onion and saute it until it turn into brown
  4. add chopped banana flower / vazhaipoo, salt and turmeric and mix well
  5. add water and allow it to get boiled
  6. once the water get dried, add egg and mix well
  7. now vazhaipoo/ banana flower poriyal is ready
