Instructions
  1. Heat oil in kadai add mustard .When mustard splutters add red chilli, onion and green chilly saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add chopped raw banana or vazhakka to this and saute for a minute.
  3. Next add turmeric powder ,salt and add 1 cup of water.
  4. Next cover and bring to boil,cook for 5 minutes.
  5. When the pieces turn soft uncover and keep on fire until water evaporates completely.
  6. Now vazhakka mezhukkupuratty is ready to serve.We can serve with rice and curd.
