  • Cut the ripe bananas into round shapes.
  • Mix together maida, sugar, beaten egg and water to make a batter.
  • Dip the cut bananas in the batter and deep fry in oil.

    excellent. I usually make this but it is hard on outside.By adding egg the outside coating is soft . thanks for the recipe . everyone should try this
