Vazhuthananga Pickle Brinjal(Vazhuthananga) pickle 1 no Long Brinjal (cut into small pieces, Vazhuthananga)1 full Garlic pod2" piece Ginger (finely chopped)5 nos Green chillies (medium)2 pinch Turmeric powder2 tbsp Chilly powder1 tsp Fenugreek powder (Uluva)1 tsp Mustard seedsSalt (As reqd)3 tbsp Vinegar1 - Oil Heat oil in a pan.Splutter mustard seeds.Add ginger and garlic and stir for a few mins.Add brinjal and saute for few mins.Add all the powders and salt. The receipe is very good It is suggested to add perigayam powder also while heating.
