Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Splutter mustard seeds.
  3. Add ginger and garlic and stir for a few mins.
  4. Add brinjal and saute for few mins.
  5. Add all the powders and salt.
  6. Cook, till the oil starts to separate.
  7. Add vinegar.
  8. Allow it to cool.
  9. Preserve it.

The receipe is very good It is suggested to add perigayam powder also while heating.
