Veg Dhum Biriyani

Usually I only prepare non-veg biriyani's.Yesterday I went to a marriage function and had a very tasy vegetable dhum biriyani,it was mouthwatering and superb.Then this weekend I have prepared that biriyani in my home and I wish to share that recipe with you.it has 3 stages first we have to make the rice them vegetable masala and finally the dhum process.

Instructions
  1. Cut the veggies like shown in the photo.
  2. cook the all the ingredients except onion,ginger garlic paste,capsicum,tomato and cauliflower with turmeric powder,red chilly powder and salt as required.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste,then add chopped onion and saute for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Then add capsicum,tomato and cauliflower.cover and cook for 10 minutes in medium flame.
  5. Add cooked veggies and mix well.
  6. Add all powdered masalas and mix well.cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add chopped coriander leaves,mix well and remove from the flame.
  8. Arrange the rice and masala in a vessel.cover the top and cook for 10 minutes in very low flame.
  9. Tasty Veg dhum biriyani is ready
