Dear Rajashree
Sorry to say that this recipe is so confusing
In ingredients, u have Garam Masala and in the process, u dont mention about using it anywhere.
Instead, u mention using chilli powder on 2 occasions
Please look into this
Dont feel bad

I made this curry today and it was lipsmacking…..Cant tell how delicious it is….,eventhough i dint expect it to be.I added 2 large peices of garlic,a small piece of ginger, and only used 25 grams of cashew, cos that was quarted cup already. And thought it would be too much if you add 50 grams, that is 1/2 cup.Added 1 cup potato,1 cup carrot and 2 cups of cauli….. Thanx alot rajashree…
