Steamed Vegetable Momo Recipe is an authentic, simple, quick & delicious recipe from the North Eastern India. I simply enjoyed the swiftness with which she made these the very first time.They make a perfect snack for the kids and an appetizer for parties.

Instructions
  1. Make a dough with maida, salt and water
  2. finely chop the onion, carrot, beans, potato and capsicum
  3. heat the oil in the pan and saute the onion
  4. add vegetables and mix it
  5. add red chili powder, cumin powder, salt and garam masala
  6. cook the vegetables until it get cooked in oil
  7. from dough take small ball and roll it
  8. stuff the veg masala
  9. start folding and forming the pleats one by one
  10. cook it in steamer for 15 mins
  11. now veg momos is ready to serve
