Instructions
  1. Take maida ,salt ,oil and water mix it well
  2. Mix it well to firm a dough.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai and add chopped vegetables saute for 2 minutes.
  4. When vegetables become golden color we can add pepper powder and salt.KEEPaside.
  5. Make small balls from dough.
  6. Roll each dough balls into thin chapathi of 2-3 diameter thickness.
  7. Place 1tsp of vegetable stuffing into centre.
  8. Join all the pleats to center,Prepare all the momos like this.
  9. Steam the moms in idli cooker for 5 to 6 minutes
  10. Grind dry red chilli,garlic salt and tomato to make chilli garlic chutney.Keep it aside.
  11. Now we can serve veg momos with chilli garlic chutney.
