Instructions
  1. chop the onion, capsicum, carrot, and beans
  2. heat the oil in the pan and saute the onion for 3 no.
  3. add capsicum, carrot, and beans and mix it
  4. add salt and red chili powder and saute it for 5 mins.
  5. in a bowl add egg and pepper and beat well
  6. add now the cooked vegetables with egg and mix it
  7. heat the tawa and pour the egg and apply oil and cook
  8. turn the side and again apply oil and cook it
  9. now veg omelette is ready to serve
